What's the $77 diagnostic?
A flat fee to come out, properly diagnose what's wrong, and write the repair price in plain terms before any work begins. If you go ahead with the repair, the $77 credits toward the work.
Should I repair or replace my AC?
Depends on the system's age, the repair cost, and the condition of the rest of the unit. We measure first, give you the data, then give you the choice. Not every system should be replaced.
Do you work on every brand?
Yes for ducted equipment (central air, heat pumps, gas furnaces). For mini-splits, we service only the systems we install (Daikin, Goodman, Amana). If your mini-split was installed by someone else, we can quote a replacement.
What about after-hours emergencies?
Our team answers after-hours calls 24/7 and dispatches emergency service when a system fails outside business hours. Cardinal Club members pay no after-hours fee.
